In accordance with the Approved Development Consent (SSD 7038), the Kooragang Recycling facility is currently in the process of constructing Stage 1 of the approval to increase production at the facility to 350,000 tonnes per annum. The current permitted production from the site is limited to 130,000 tonnes per annum until construction of Stage 1 is completed. Stage 1 construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2024 with the increased production from the facility anticipated to commence in early 2025.
