Boral’s Driver Academy, in collaboration with Wodonga TAFE in north-east Victoria, provides a unique opportunity for individuals seeking to gain practical driving experience, an HR licence and a part-qualification in Cert III in Driving Operations. The most recent Information Days held in October, in preparation for our November intake, were a huge success.
The Academy places a strong emphasis on recruiting for attitude and building skills through training. We were delighted to welcome a total of 18 enthusiastic participants including 13 highly motivated women. The passion and optimism displayed by these attendees was evident throughout the sessions, leading us to extend 14 job offers across Boral Concrete and Concrite.
