Crown Sydney, also known as One Barangaroo, features a casino, luxury apartments, hospitality venues and the city’s first six-star hotel. At 271 metres high and 75 floors, it is the new tallest building in Sydney, and the 4th tallest in Australia.

Crown Sydney is a major highlight of the 22-hectare Barangaroo project, which is an innovative redevelopment transforming a former container terminal alongside Sydney Harbour into a multi-faceted space.

The skyscraper takes inspiration from natural forms and curved geometry, with three 'petals' that twist and rise together.

Boral’s lower carbon concrete, ENVISIA®, was used to meet the stringent engineering requirements of the project and enable Crown to achieve a Green Building Council of Australia's 6 Green Star rating.

De Martin and Gasparini, a subsidiary of Boral, supplied, pumped and placed the concrete during the build.

Construction started in October 2016 and was completed in 2020.
