General Counsel and Company Secretary
Jean-Paul Wallace joined Boral as General Counsel and Company Secretary in August 2023.
Following a career in leading Australian and international law firms, he has had almost two decades of experience in the engineering and construction sectors, including General Counsel and Company Secretary roles at UGL, Tenix and CPB Contractors. His experience extends across the Australasian region.
Jean-Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney, and a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia.
