At Boral, we recognise the inherent dignity of all people and the importance of respecting and promoting human rights, including the rights of our employees, our suppliers’ workforce, and the communities in areas where we operate.  We also expect our suppliers and contractors to respect and promote human rights.

We strongly oppose modern slavery in all its forms and strive to eliminate the risk of modern slavery in our supply chains and operations.

We are committed to strengthening our approach to preventing modern slavery practices and are investing resources and efforts to better assess and manage this risk.

Our Modern Slavery Statement 2023 is published in accordance with the requirements of the Australian Commonwealth Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth). It outlines the actions we have taken to assess and address modern slavery risks in our business and supply chains in FY23 .
