As a Plant Operator, you will be at the heart of our concrete production processes, ensuring that our plant runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll operate and maintain machinery, monitor production metrics, and troubleshoot any issues that arise..

No prior experience? No worries!

We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to excel, from operating advanced equipment to mastering essential tasks that drive our projects forward.

What Your Role Will Be

Your day will involve:  

Capturing orders for concrete products, ensuring accurate entry into our system   
Partnering with Allocators and Production staff to understand and deliver status updates to customers   
Resolving a variety of customer queries and escalate to internal departments as required.

Role Design:  

Permanent, full time positions
Operating hours: Monday to Friday 6am to 4pm
Overtime available including Saturdays 6am to 12pm

Locations:  

Training Across Montrose, Melton, and Wollert
Permanent Roles in West, North, or East Victoria based on your Preference
