When applied during the concept phase, Aspire® can reduce dimensions of columns and walls, maximising floor space while increasing the productivity of projects, positively influencing the critical path as there is less handling of concrete, reinforcement and form work materials.
Aspire® also mitigates many of the challenges associated with building slender and high rise towers due to its ease of use, handling and pump ability through a high quality engineered concrete that has low shrinkage and creep values that also reduces the serious risks associated with heat of hydration in thick walls.
