These high-rise residential apartment buildings incorporate two towers rising above retail areas with key features including vertical gardens and cantilevered balcony.
This project incorporates 34-storey and 12-storey residential towers containing a total of 623 apartments that rise above 16,000m2 of retail space. These apartments stand out across the Sydney skyline with their unique vertical hanging garden and boast one of the world's highest floating gardens.
The building is a centrepiece in the Central Park precinct with more than 6,400m² of parks and public spaces in central Sydney. With its lush façade, One Central Park earned the title of 2014 Best Tallest Building Worldwide by the Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat in Chicago.
It was the first residential tower in Sydney to achieve a Green Star 6 rating.
