Boral worked together with the Victorian Government to build the Shepparton Law Courts. The facility is the regional justice headquarters for Victoria’s Hume and Goulburn area, featuring six court rooms and related services across five levels.

This new court facility features six main courtrooms over five stories in the centre of Shepparton, 190 kilometres north of Melbourne. To replace an ageing existing court house, the $73 million project provides more accessible and responsive court and tribunal services as well as a safe and secure environment for users. The design reflects contemporary applications of courthouse design, information technology, sustainability and caseload requirements. The Shepparton Law Court redevelopment was managed by Court Services Victoria.

Construction of the courts was finished in late 2017 and the forecourt, final façade and demolition of the existing building was completed in mid-2018.
