Boral's three operations at Montrose make an important daily contribution to building and construction throughout the Melbourne CBD, eastern and south-eastern suburbs.
The operations include an historic hard rock quarry, an asphalt production facility and a concrete batching plant. Materials from the site can be found in many of Melbourne's most recognisable structures.
The operations are located in the foothills of Mt Dandenong, between the suburbs of Montrose and Kilsyth, adjacent to Canterbury Rd.
